Workshops
One Day sustainable landscape/gardens workshops
A series of workshops are being planned for 2008, currently in West Sussex for September, October and November. These will be based upon the following themes:
- Sustainable gardens and landscapes: an introduction - why things must change
- Water: design of ponds, natual biofiltration, rainwater harvesting, greywater
- Sustainable landscape building materials: what to use, what to avoid
- Design Psychology: understanding the layout, function and flow of good spaces
- Natural Planting: drift planting, semi native planting, edible landscapes and forest gardens
Let me know if you are interested in attending one or me organising one in your area. Separate courses for private individuals and landscape designers/professionals are proposed.
